Return policy for self defense Products We ship all orders within five business days, (usually, the same day you ordered) unless the products are not in stock. All orders in the US are shipped UPS Ground or USPS, depending on the package’s dimensions and destinations. As soon as your item is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number.
